By now you might have found the answer you were searching for. Thought I\'d chime in and mention... you could contact a local agent & have them set you up on an auto search. You define what your looking for & it will auto generate listings that meet your criteria. The notices come in the form of an email and you get \"real time\" information just like the agent sees. Gives you current movement in the market... i.e. new listing, price adjustments etc. Agents won\'t be calling and bugging you ... you decide when you want to interact.

Hi Myrna... thought I\'d check into see how your business is progressing. Real Estate is an ever changing field... you\'ll find each transaction will be unique & challenging in it\'s own way. I recommend beginning with a class on small business management, it will be an invaluable resource on how to structure your business from the start. Once you have a plan in place \"it\'s off to the races\". Next step would entail lining up reliable trades if your not doing the work yourself... lastly searching out projects to rehab. This is where the help of Realtor will come into play. That person not only can help with the search but also provide you with sales statics on the area.
